Wrong, damaged or non-working products

If you receive a wrong, damaged or non-working product, please contact us for a free replacement. We may ask you to return the defective product, in order to check it and improve our production process.

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please return it and we'll send you a replacement. Before returning the product please contact us in order to confirm the replacement.

Guarantee of Quality

All of our products are manufactured directly by us or by third parties under our close control. Fault percentage is lower than 1% (referenced to year 2006).
